Didn't like the customer service , food, coffee they are bad

Burnt dry bacon and flat scrambled eggs could be compensated for if there was a hint of decent customer service. Through my whole meal I had to go listen to the main server Kim follow the manager around complaining about her schedule and boasting her seniority. Even when she delivered my way mediocre dish, she was talking to him over my table. He was then feet away, and I was right on my stool, and there was no acknowledgement. I had to get up and grab them from the terminal hallway to pay my bill. Usually a generous tipper, I always reflect the service to the amount. This time was no exception, except in the other direction. And the orange juice came in a glass full of ice. Who does that? I've been here a couple times before, and had similar experiences, but not enough to finally cut ties. If I consider eating here again, it will be after a thorough staffing check first.

A quirky little bar inside the terminal close to United check-in. Just right for a quick drink before security. Quick service, food and drink, small space with limited seating.

Avoid this place for breakfast. I think they serve day old food. The toast was rock hard and dried out. The taters looked and tasted like they were refried a few times. The eggs were mircorwaved. Only good thing was the bacon. The waitress didn't give utensils till I asked. And didn't once check on if I needed anything else. I won't come again!
